Terms of Service

1. The service

CorriDraw is a collaborative diagramming and whiteboard service operated by the team at corridraw.com. We provide an editor, real-time collaboration, storage for your boards, sharing controls, and various export and integration features. We add and remove individual features over time as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You need an account to use most of the service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials secret, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for any sub-accounts inside a workspace you administer.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or older if your country requires it.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

Free plans cost nothing and remain free as long as you stay within their limits. Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on what you choose. Prices, taxes, and currencies are shown on the pricing page.

Unless required by local consumer law, payments are non-refundable. We will, however, prorate downgrades and credit any unused portion of an annual subscription if we materially reduce a feature you paid for. Failed renewals will downgrade you to the free plan after a 14-day grace period; we never auto-charge a different card without your consent.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of every diagram, comment, and file you upload to CorriDraw (“Your Content”). To run the service we need a limited licence from you: a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, render, back up, and display Your Content solely so we can deliver the service to you and the people you share it with. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You promise that you have the rights to upload Your Content, that it does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual-property rights, and that it complies with our acceptable-use rules below.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CorriDraw to:

• Break any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Distribute malware, run phishing campaigns, or host illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass our authentication, rate limits, or storage quotas.
• Probe, brute-force, or otherwise attempt to compromise the service or its other users without authorisation.
• Resell the service, white-label it, or build a competing product on top of it without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that materially violate these rules. For minor or first-time issues we will reach out first; for serious abuse we may act immediately.

6. Workspaces and roles

Workspaces are administered by their owners. Owners can invite, remove, and change the role of members; control sharing settings; and export or delete the workspace and its boards. Members agree that workspace owners may have full visibility into the boards they create inside that workspace.

7. Beta features

We sometimes ship features marked “Beta,” “Preview,” or “Experimental.” These are provided as-is, may change or disappear without notice, and are not covered by any service-level commitment we offer for the rest of the product.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability and publish live status at corridraw.com/status. Enterprise customers receive a written 99.9% monthly uptime SLA in their contract. Free and Pro customers benefit from the same operational rigour but without a contractual SLA.

9. Termination

You can cancel at any time from Account → Settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, present a security risk, or remain inactive for 24 months on a free plan. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days; afterwards we permanently delete it (subject to backup-retention windows described in the Privacy Policy).

10. Disclaimers

CorriDraw is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every imaginable threat — only that we will use reasonable efforts to make it so.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service is capped at the amount you paid CorriDraw in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify CorriDraw against claims by third parties that arise from Your Content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights. We will tell you promptly about any claim and let you control its defence, provided you do not settle it in a way that admits fault on our behalf.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may close your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard exclusively by the courts of Bangkok, Thailand — except where local law gives you the right to bring claims in your own jurisdiction.
