Yes. 10 diagrams, 3 collaborators per room, 1 GB of storage, PNG and SVG export — no countdown, no feature that silently expires, no credit card. If you outgrow it, Pro is $5/month (or $4/month billed annually).
Upgrade at any time and the new features light up immediately — Stripe handles the prorating. Downgrade or cancel whenever; your diagrams, folders, and history stay put, you just lose access to the Pro-only features until you upgrade again.
Nothing is deleted. Diagrams beyond the 10-diagram Free limit stay read-only until you’re back on Pro or until you archive enough to come back under the limit. Every diagram stays exportable as PNG/SVG/JSON regardless.
Start the trial from the billing page — no card required. You get full Pro features (AI Magic Frame, unlimited collaborators, PDF export, offline PWA, 90-day history) for 14 days. At the end you’re automatically moved to Free unless you add a card.
For Pro, it’s Stripe (Visa / Mastercard / Amex and most regional rails). For Enterprise, we invoice net-30 in USD/EUR/GBP and can work with POs, bank transfer, and annual contracts. Government-purchasing contracts are fine — mention it during a sales call.
On Enterprise, yes. You get the container stack (frontend, API, Socket.IO collab server, Postgres, S3-compatible storage) for Docker Compose or Kubernetes. SSO hooks into SAML 2.0 or OIDC and the license supports air-gapped installs.
